The University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison), the state's public flagship institution of higher learning, seeks an experienced, innovative and collaborative leader to serve as its next director of student financial aid.
Reporting to the vice provost for enrollment management and serving as a member of the enrollment leadership team, the director will lead a group of 48 team members charged with administering a financial aid program consisting of federal, state, institutional and private funds that exceed $480 million annually.
The director of student financial aid will be a strategic thinker and a skilled builder of teams. In collaboration with the vice provost, the director will be integral in the development of a comprehensive and strategic enrollment plan with a focus on increasing access and diversity at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This leader will also collaborate with faculty, deans, administrative staff, university leadership, donors, policy-makers and students.
