Arizona Christian University is seeking a passionate Enrollment Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! Reporting directly to the EVP and Interim VP of Enrollment, you will play a vital role in driving enrollment and retention success through strategic marketing efforts.
About the Role: As the Enrollment Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Office of Enrollment Management to support our university’s enrollment team. Your mission? To generate qualified leads through a mix of organic, paid, and purchased sources, enhance the student enrollment journey, and create initiatives that foster student retention. You will lead the charge in crafting and executing digital and print marketing campaigns that align with ACU’s strategic goals, bolster its brand reputation, and reflect its mission to transform culture with truth.
This role also requires a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the unique Christian mission and vision of ACU to Transform Culture with Truth, and the ability to advance that mission and vision through the performance of its duties, including person-to-person mentorship and discipleship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan to communicate ACU’s unique value to prospective students.
- Collaborate with the enrollment team to set recruitment goals and track performance.
- Design and manage content for promotional materials, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Analyze and optimize email and digital campaigns to maximize engagement and lead conversion.
- Manage the admissions social media calendar with engaging content for prospective students and families.
- Maintain and update enrollment-related website content to keep it fresh, compelling, and aligned with ACU standards.
- Oversee and manage high-quality purchased leads and advertising budgets, ensuring the best ROI.
- Support admissions events through thoughtful marketing and collateral creation.

- Commitment to the University’s faith statement, mission, and purposes; and an active Christian faith.
- Comfort and familiarity with the practice of praying with and for others, including students, faculty, and fellow University staff.
- The ability to meaningfully support and encourage students, faculty, and staff from a biblical worldview perspective, using relevant and applicable references from the Old and New Testaments and orthodox Christian writings.
Fair Labor Standards Act: This position is considered to be full-time, exempt for overtime pay provisions as provided by the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and any applicable state laws.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of marketing and lead generation experience, preferably within higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong creative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with social media platforms, Google AdWords, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- A committed Christian faith, with the ability to integrate biblical principles into daily work.
